If you have questions, or are unsure about whether Psychotherapy or Neurodiversity coaching are right for you, please brows my FAQ’s below, or be in touch via this short form.
Below are answers to a few frequently asked questions.
-
Psychotherapy is grounded in the belief that talking about emotional and mental health issues can help individuals manage their symptoms effectively. It uses evidence-based techniques to provide structured support. Psychotherapy addresses mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. It also supports individuals dealing with addictions and other behavioural challenges, and is designed to foster self-awareness and improve coping strategies.
Coaching helps clients identify personal and professional goals via techniques to enhance self-efficacy and promote accountability. The aim is to improve aspects of life, such as work performance or personal relationships. Coaching is distinct from therapy, focusing on creating and implementing action plans, tools, and motivation as clients work towards clearly defined objectives.
