COACHING
Neurodiversity Coaching
You don’t need to change who you are, you need ways of working that suit you.
For adults and children
Combining understanding, practical strategy, and ongoing support.
This process helps you reduce overwhelm, build momentum, and create meaningful, sustainable change over time, amplifying strengths, not trying to fix perceived weaknesses.
How is neurodiversity coaching different from traditional coaching?
Neurodiversity coaching is unique amongst other types of coaching in that it is a specialised, neuro-affirming practice that tailors strategies specifically to the experiences and needs of neurodiverse individuals.
These experiences can include:
Feeling overwhelmed, mentally cluttered, stuck, or easily depleted, unsure how to move forward
Difficulty with focus, organisation, or follow-through.
Challenges in work, productivity, or professional relationships.
Emotional dysregulation or recurring reactions.
Wanting to develop practical strategies that feel realistic and manageable
Beginning to explore or understand your neurodivergence.
Wanting to feel a stronger sense of confidence in yourself and your unique strengths.
How it works
This isn’t just a space to talk, it’s a structured, supportive process designed to help you move forward in a way that actually works for you.
Clarity
We begin by understanding where you are now, what feels difficult, what’s no longer working, and what you want instead. This creates a strong, personalised starting point.
Insight
Together, we explore how your mind works, identifying patterns, strengths, and the specific challenges linked to your neurodivergence. This is where things begin to make sense.
Practical change
We develop realistic strategies and tools tailored to you, helping you navigate overwhelm, improve focus, and respond differently to recurring challenges.
Integration
You begin applying these changes in your day-to-day life, with ongoing support, reflection, and gentle accountability to help things stick.
Sustainable progress
We refine what works, build confidence, and create lasting shifts, so you can move forward with greater ease, clarity, and self-trust.

Ongoing Support
Some people find that making a commitment to a structured, ongoing process, with calendared sessions provides a deeper experience. Session frequency/packages are bespoke and collaborative.
This type of coaching is likely a good fit if you:
Feel overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, or easily drained
Struggle with focus, organisation, or following through
Find yourself repeating the same patterns or getting stuck
Want practical strategies that actually work for your brain
Are exploring or understanding your neurodivergence
Want to feel more in control, confident, and clear in your direction
Are ready to engage, reflect, and take small, realistic steps forward
This approach may not be the best fit if you’re looking for quick solutions or a highly structured, directive programme. Or if you need crisis or clinical mental health support (psychotherapy may be more appropriate)

Neurodiversity recognises that we all experience the world differently, and that differences in how we think, process, and respond are a natural part of being human.
It can include experiences such as:
ADHD
Dyslexia
Autism
Dyspraxia
Sensory differences
In my practice, neurodiversity is approached with respect and understanding, not as something to “fix,” but as something to be recognised and supported.

I am not abler to provide official assessment or diagnoses, I can however, provide guidance around assessment and navigate the complex healthcare system whilst also helping to manage daily life before and after a diagnosis of ADHD and Autism.

It is both okay, and perfectly normal to be unsure. There is no pressure to have it all figured out in advance. An introductory consultation is an opportunity to ask questions and see if this work - and working together, feels right. You can contact me here to schedule a free consultation
