PSYCHOTHERAPY
Online, Holistic, Neuroaffirmative Psychotherapy
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Starting where you are is enough.
Humanistic and relational
Collaborative, confidential, and at your own pace.
Working together offers space for understanding, acceptance, and meaningful change, helping you make sense of your experiences and reconnect with yourself in a more grounded, authentic way
What is Psychotherapy? How can it help me?
Psychotherapy can be a powerful, life-changing experience which can help you improve your mental health, overcome social or emotional challenges and gain greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative, conversation-based process that can help with:
Reducing feelings of shame and self-blame, Increasing awareness of non-verbal behaviours, understanding triggers and how to recognise early warning signs
Learning how to regulate emotions and build emotional resilience. Enhancing capacity to foster a felt sense of safety and connection. Educating how the nervous system and brain adapts in the service of safety.
How sessions work
Beyond symptoms
We move beyond symptoms as something to “fix” and toward greater self-insight, holistic growth, and building skills to navigate trauma, and complex patterns and experiences.
Collaborative + tailored
Our work together is a collaborative process, and takes place at your own pace. Our work is tailored to you, rather than a traditional, deficit focused or one size fits all model.
Clinically grounded
My approach is both clinically grounded and deeply human, bringing over 20 years of clinical experience, alongside lived understanding, so you are met with both professional insight and genuine empathy.

You’re ready to gently explore patterns or experiences that feel difficult, and develop new skills for regulation and resilience.
You’re looking for a calm, supportive space where you won’t be judged, and online sessions feel right for you.
You’re coping on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected within.

Psychotherapy offers a safe and reflective space, while elements such as breathwork and psychoeducation can support you in practical ways alongside this.
Neurodiversity recognises that we all experience the world differently, and that differences in how we think, process, and respond are a natural part of being human.
It can include experiences such as:
ADHD
Dyslexia
Autism
Dyspraxia
Sensory differences
Neurodiversity is approached with respect and understanding, not as something to “fix,” but as something to be recognised and supported.

Yes, I currently offer online therapy sessions only.
This allows you to access support from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are. Many people find online therapy to be flexible, accessible, and just as effective as in-person work. All sessions are held via a secure video platform, and full details will be provided when you book.

It’s completely normal to feel unsure.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Many people begin therapy simply with a feeling that something isn’t quite right.
We can take things gently, at your pace.
If this feels like the right kind of support for you, the next step is to arrange an initial consultation.
We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what I offer, and whether working together feels like the right fit, without pressure or commitment.
